You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Uploaded Content
You are responsible for the images you upload to the Service. By uploading images, you confirm that:
- You own the images or have permission to use them.
- The images do not violate any third-party rights.
- You will not upload illegal, explicit, abusive, or non-consensual content.
- You will not use the Service to create misleading or harmful content.
4. AI-Generated Results
The virtual try-on results are generated by AI and may not be perfectly accurate. You should:
- Review all generated results before using or sharing them.
- Understand that AI results are approximations and may not reflect how clothing would actually look on you.
- Not rely on generated results for purchasing decisions without additional verification.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated results.
5. Credits and Subscriptions
The Service uses a credit-based system for generations:
- Free accounts receive a limited number of generations per month.
- Pro accounts receive additional generations through a paid subscription.
- Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
- Each successful generation consumes one credit.
- Failed generations do not consume credits.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Maintenance or updates.
- AI provider outages.
- Technical issues beyond our control.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit limits, or access controls.
- Use automated tools to abuse the Service.
- Upload content that violates the rights of others.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Try Before Wear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
